Healthcare is a human right, not a privilege. I will fight for universal healthcare so that every family can access the care they need without worrying about the cost. Prescription drug price caps, mental health services, and rural hospital funding are at the top of my agenda.

I’m running for the U.S. Senate because I believe every child—no matter their zip code, background, or family income—deserves access to a world-class public education, healthy meals, and a safe place to learn and grow. After spending decades as a teacher, principal, and superintendent, I’ve seen firsthand how education can transform lives. That’s why I’m committed to fully funding our public schools, expanding universal pre-K, guaranteeing free school meals, and raising teacher pay so we can attract and keep the educators our kids deserve.

But my vision goes beyond the classroom. I believe in a government that invests in people, not corporations. It’s time we ask the wealthiest among us to pay their fair share so we can fund the things that matter—education, healthcare, infrastructure, and real climate action. I’m running because no child should go hungry, no family should have to choose between medical care and putting food on the table, and no community should be left behind. I’m ready to fight for working families, for public education, and for a future we can all believe in.
